clean with amenities included, the loft with high ceiling exposed concrete and a small balcony is beautifully furnished and very comfortable, it is comfortable beautifully decorated gets plenty of light with a nice view of downtown, everything is kept very clean and organized, the place is clean comfortable and very spacious, cindy's place was great spotlessly clean and just a lovely space to be in, it was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay, the host is quick to respond and has great hospitality, host was very communicative and thoughtful, cindy was an excellent host always friendly and so helpful with quick responses to any queries we had, cindy was the most responsive host ive ever experienced, easy walk to key locations including the grand central markets, the place is perfectly located close to the grand central market, lovely place well located next door to a metro station, so many interesting places within walking distance, nice lounging chairs surrounds the pool too, and the pool and the jacuzzi are such a nice added touch iwould definitely book again, the pool and hot tub are perfect for relaxation, the heated pool and spa tub was by far my favorite esp on those chilly nights, great place to stay if you are looking for somewhere comfortable in la, the place was spotless and so clean when we arrived, great clean space love the pool and hot tub, she is very clean organized and thoughtful, the house is adorable very clean and it has everything you need everything is pretty small, inside of the house is stylish clean nice layout full of modern/updated appliances and furnishings, shes a wonderful host that answered any questions promptly, imani was an amazing host and responded super quick if i had any questions, great host awesome house would definitely recommend, imani's is a kind attentive and generous host, this is a very cute amazing oasis in a great location in la, great place great location just a tad bit hot, this place was the perfect place so cute and neat the neighborhood is quiet, awesome stay wish we had more time at this place, one small drawback is no a/c in fourth bedroom but a table fan was provided, just one small thing i think the amenities in the kitchen could be a little better, dan keeps the place very clean as shown in the pictures, house was clean very nice pool and jacuzzi, comfortable clean and great facilities great communication from host, i loved the spa and pool house was clean and stylishly furnished with plenty of room for my friends, the house was clean and spacious and the pool fabulous, great amenities including the hot tub and pool, spacious living space and kitchen with lots of amenities and entertainment systems, super lighting system and great tv and wifi, the backyard and pool area are very nice with comfortable furniture and la-style landscaping, sparkling clean with luxurious bed linens and towels, the kitchen is clean new and well equipped, very clean loved the stay and would highly recommend, beautiful home located in a perfect location, perfect location - very close to so many things we wanted to do, joe even had coffee available it was nice having a table and chairs in the room as well, the room looks just like it does in the photos provided, joe's place is very comfortable with lots of light, i particularly liked how comfortable and large the bed was and the view from the bedroom, a jug of filtered water in the in-room mini fridge was a nice touch, the room is very big clean and well-equiped, it's a clean place with a big comfy bed and a private bathroom, i love joes apartment it was super clean, great hosts who welcomed us into their home, great location in a walkable neighborhood, venice beach guest studio with pool and hot tub, loved the outdoor shower and having coffee in the sun, the courtyard is an amazing place to relax by the pool or in the hot tub, we were very comfortable in the bed and loved the variety of coffee/tea available, the pool house was cozy and all the amenities made it feel like home, the pool and hot tub at the house are stunning, it was spotless and decorated beautifully, the room was spotless and had so many thoughtful details, the house is well kept clean and has everything a tourist needs e, jana was extremely welcoming and helpful place was clean and beautiful, jana was a great host and gave me many good recommendations, the coolest warmest host ever exuding every great thing about california, perfectly located and only a short walk/ride to the beach, the living room sofa bed seemed new and was very useful, he made our stay incredibly comfortable and worry-free, we got to soak up the sun and wind down in the comfortable living room (with ac), lovely pool and other amenities thanks vince, it was very clean and just like the pictures, the house is very welcoming very clean and organized, he was a great host answered every time we called and provided us with great service, he was a very attentive host and made sure we were comfortable, great host who is quick to reply and check if we needed anything, great location with actual location and asp distance from the major places to see, a fantastic apartment in a great location, the house was just fab good location and very relaxing, furnished apartment close to staples center, it was a nice balcony with a wonderful view to the swimming pool, the apartment was real cozy nice with all amenities better than described, my friends and i really appreciated the pool and balcony view from the apartment too, the location was good but apartment wasnt clean and smelled smoking when i opened the window, monica's apartment is quite comfortable clean & spacious, host was responsive and helpful when i had questions, great host overall would definitely stay again, monica was super responsive during the stay and was always prepared to answer questions, monica was a helpful and responsive hostess, a 10 min or so walk from the metro and super short distance from the convention center, nice private guest house in the backyard including great amenities such as outdoor couch fireplace and pool, very lovely one room guest house with upscale amenities and beautiful open cabana overlooking pool, the outdoor space around the pool was fabulous, the room was incredibly comfortable and having access to a pool was even better, the room was nice and cozy and the cabana by the pool was a great touch, beautiful clean guest house host communication was great, the hosts were so friendly and very responsive when we had questions, it was the perfect experience in the perfect home with the perfect host, wonderful place with a wonderful host and great value i highly recommend, great location for an overnight airport based stay, amazing location in a quiet neighborhood close to lax and nearby beaches, it was the perfect place close to the airport for a day trip for work, hilltop bel-air estate guest house with pool, my favorite was the heated pool and big smart tv in the living room, kept very clean and communication was a 5/5 thank you so much highly recommended, avis home comes with a fully stocked kitchen amazing views and accessible toiletries, the pool was heated which ended up being perfect for a night time swim, beautiful home outstanding view comfy beds id love to stay longer, amazing home our requirements: parking wifi ac secure quiet friendly hosts, three of us fit comfortably between the two beds, the pool was absolutely stunning in its own private world surrounded by gorgeous greenery, the space is super and the pool a delight, beautiful clean cute little guest house molly was very friendly and the place was clean and well stocked, molly and max's place was super clean and extremely walkable to some great eats around ktown, well protected from street noise it's clean calm & quiet, she was attentive while respecting our privacy, they were wonderful hosts and extremely conscientious, attentive while granting their guests maximum privacy, molly was an amazing host she answered all our questions and was super flexible, centrally located in koreatown and walking distance to great restaurants, great location in koreatown walking distance of the shops on 6th and fairly central, location is close proximity to k-town and good food, was working remotely from her place and the wifi was great, if anyone stays there definitely take advantage of the rooftop pool and jacuzzi the view was amazing, we enjoyed using the kitchen to cook food and have all the comforts of home, we felt very secure and comfortable in the loft and the king bed is super comfortable, chelsea's loft is spotless comfortable and beautifully decorated, the appartment is really clean stylish and equipped with everything you need, the place decorated beautifully and extremely clean, very clean and stylish space we took full advantage of the rooftop jaccuzi and also enjoyed the bar set-up, chelsea was a very accommodating host the loft is very cool and stylish, i appreciate the transparency from the host and would stay again, the location which is 10 feet away from the metro station is
